Finally, the weather was beautiful and we were able to take out our first engagement carriage ridge for the season. Shasta came into the barn pretty dirty and shedding like crazy.
She got a long brush, and then a mini bath to clean up her legs. We wash legs with an livestock soap and a touch of Sunlight dish detergent.
While waiting for our bride and groom to be, Chloe #2 (we have two barn cats named Chloe) hopped up on on the drivers seat of the carriage.
There was a little bit of rain, but it cleared just in time for our drive down some country back roads in Maple Ridge.
